About Us

George and Jon welcome you to the Stag Inn in the beautiful surroundings of Hatfield Heath. We took over the Stag at the beginning of December 2007 with a mission to running a traditional local pub which is welcoming to everyone with a great range of drink and food.

George has run a number of similar establishments in both the UK and Australia,.

Jon has had many years experience on both sides of the bar and behind the scenes in the kitchen

Mark is our in-house Chef, fresh from intensive training at Leiths. He is responsible for the mouth-watering creations that appear on the menu each day

We couldn’t manage without Andy, Gemma, June, Megan and Nat who are always happy to help!
